Richard Teng is a business executive and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Binance, one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges. Before becoming CEO, he held senior roles within Binance, including overseeing regional markets such as MENA (Middle East and North Africa), Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining Binance, Teng worked in financial regulation and exchange operations, notably as CEO of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority at Abu Dhabi Global Market and as Chief Regulatory Officer of the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
