Ethereum Unstaking Queue Reaches Record 2.4 Million ETH
The Ethereum network has reached a record-breaking milestone as the queue for ETH withdrawals from staking surpassed **2.4 million coins**, equivalent to over **$10 billion**.
According to recent analytics, this surge in withdrawal requests has pushed the **average waiting time to 41 days**, the longest since the Shanghai upgrade.
Experts note that the **demand for withdrawals is now five times higher** than the number of new staking deposits — a trend that raises concerns about short-term pressure on Ethereum’s price, which has already grown **83% year-over-year**.
Despite the rising outflow, the **Ethereum network remains stable**, maintaining **over 1 million active validators** and a total of **35.6 million ETH staked**.
Analysts emphasize that such figures reflect the system’s resilience, even amid shifting investor sentiment.
